Liza, the file itself does not get indexed. It does not matter what the file even is. You just need to post a Rapidshare link. Then your page will provide all the keywords.

Hi, I just had a question about your .txt file as the download link seems to be taken down. So do I just upload a .txt file with keywords for my site to Rapidshare, put a link to the download on my website, and wait for it to be indexed?
